IT ISN'T ALL WORK AND NO PLAY FOR FANNIE VANDESTEENE
While most of Europe is waking up from its winter slumber, SIM's FANNIE VANDERSTEENE (second from left in blue swimsuit) is enjoying one of the fringe benefits of her stint with Tenerife in Spain's Liga Feminina 2.

MORE NEW FACES AT TEAM SIM

Celebrations were in order after Sopron retained the Hungarian Cup it won last season, by defeating fellow Euroleague rivals Pécs in a thrilling final on their rivals' home court. Scott International was well represented at this traditional basketball summit, with Barbi Semsei, Zsuzsa Horváth and Jelena Milovanovic all playing a major part in Sopron's win,
while Andi Somogyi and Anita Heller (the latter injured and unable to play) appeared in the Pécs squad. We congratulate all our players!

MAKING A MARK IN ROMANIAN PRO LEAGUE
Two members of TEAM SIM are making every post a winner in the tough as nails Romanian Pro League this season. ALEXANDRA UIUIU (above) has broken into the national senior team for the first time at the age of just 19, while superb combo  guard ERNESIA WIDEMAN (left) is the mainstay in Alexandria's rise to prominence, a Top Four spot and likely participation in the FIBA Eurocup in 2008/2009.
Both of these outstanding talents are out of contract and open to all offers for the new season.
Three more members of Hungary's talented generation of young players have decided recently to sign management contracts with SCOTT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT.
WILLIAMS TOPS
HUNGARIAN RANKINGS
MVP!
Discarded in 2007, MVP a year later - that is the rags to riches story of boom center TIFFANI WILLIAMS. The 2 meter tall Trinidad and Tobago
international center led Hungarian Pro League regular season rankings from start to finish, ending up with an average 31.09 Valuation Points, more than 8 ahead of nearest rival, Bulgarian center Milena Tomova. She was also ranked first in the league in Points (19.92), Rebounds (12.88), Offensive RB (5.00), Defensive RB (7.88) and Blocks (2.42)
